At Qamar Jewelry, we want you to be completely enchanted by your purchase. If your piece is not a perfect match, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it remains in its original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the jewelry in its original velvet pouch and presentation box to ensure protection during transit, then secure it in a shipping mailer.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring no other tracking labels are visible.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans verify the item's condition at our warehouse, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
